Machining solutions for maximum output
ANGER is a specialist for solutions in the area of maximum system productivity. This has given rise to the use of multiple-head components in various forms, from the standard modular head to the drill pattern-specific multiple-spindle head.
Reliable fixtures allowing for the simultaneous processing of multiple parts are developed individually. The result of this multiple processing is:
- a reduction in the number of machines,
- massive floor space saving,
- maximum output with
- no compromise on quality, guaranteed
- personnel and unit cost reduction
Compared to multi-machine lines of machining centers with 4 or 5 axes per machine, with ANGER HCX technology you will reduce the moving axes, the associated failure and quality risks and of course the energy and maintenance costs to the same extent.
An ANGER HCX machine manages a cycle time and output quantity of at least two double spindle machining centers depending on the complexity of the component. Compared to a single-spindle machining centre, the saving factor is as high as 4-5.
Regardless of how the work pieces are supplied (conveyor belt, pallet systems, bulk materials etc.), ANGER will plan the optimal automation solution. Fully automatic systems often contain robot cells with a conveyor belt connection. Alternatively, there are other possibilities, such as NC axles, pallet systems, loading magazines etc.
